The Federation for Student with Special Needs has a call center and a PTI Intake form for individual Special Education Support and access to trained advocates.

Parents who are having trouble getting what they need from the school to get started with remote learning, the Federation for Children with Special Needs now has some free attorneys to help parents.

IEP Translated Forms and Glossaries | Translated IEP Forms and Notices
The Individualized Education Program (IEP), related forms/notices, and the Parents' Rights Brochure have been translated into sixteen (16) languages. To further assist districts in providing translated information to parents, a translation glossary is available in each of the languages.
Section 1C: Workshops on rights of students and their parents under special education laws of the commonwealth and the federal government
Section 1C. Each school district shall conduct, in cooperation with the local parent advisory council, at least one workshop annually within the school district on the rights of students and their parents and guardians under the special education laws of the commonwealth and the federal government and shall make written materials explaining such rights available upon request.

Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA)
The Bureau of Special Education Appeals ("BSEA") conducts mediations, advisory opinions and hearings to resolve disputes among parents, school districts, private schools and state agencies concerning eligibility, evaluation, placement, individualized education programs (IEPs), special education services and procedural protections for students with disabilities.
